1876 -- Belgian Barque Rig.  Islands of the Srares (Islas de los Estados),  She was found abandoned.  The Captain and seven men were drowned in maneuvers.  This is the fifth drawing of a vessel lost in the sland chains near Cape Horn, South America

Louisa -- 1893

This is the fourth drawing of a vessel lost in the vicinity of the Islas de los Estados (Islands of the States).  English "Cutter" rigged vessel.  Place: San Juan area on the Islas de los Estados near Cape Horn.  Calm winds and heavy surf pushed the vessel ashore.
